Heavy Equipment Technician - Norcross, GA

Position Overview Our client is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join their service team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of construction and heavy equipment. We are open to technicians with experience across different manufacturers and equipment types. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment Perform preventive maintenance and routine service Troubleshoot equipment problems and determine appropriate repairs Inspect equipment to identify potential issues Service a variety of construction and compact equipment Operate equipment as needed to diagnose and verify repairs Complete quality repairs while maintaining a strong focus on customer service Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous experience servicing or repairing heavy equipment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems Ability to diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs Experience with construction equipment is preferred Experience with different equipment manufacturers is welcome Ability to operate heavy equipment or willingness to learn Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule Four 10-hour shifts Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday Overtime may be available based on business needs Benefits & Perks Health insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 120 hours of PTO after 30 days of employment Family-first company culture Supportive work environment Opportunities to develop your skills while working with a variety of equipment and manufacturers #J-18808-Ljbffr SourceLine
