Job Summary: \n
\n
\nThe Electro-Mechanical Assembler will build electrical and mechanical assemblies per established procedures (build procedures, work instructions, etc.).\n
\n
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: \n
\n

\n
• Assemble mechanical parts, as instructed in accordance with manufacturing documentation (assembly
\n
• instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units.
\n
• Mechanical assembly concepts to include gear and motor drive assembly
\n
• Wire electronic components as instructed in accordance with manufacturing documentation (assembly
\n
• instructions, process documents, travelers, etc.) into sub-units or complete units
\n
• Assembles parts into sub-units or complete units, including sub-assembly, process assembly,
\n
• inspection, modifications, upgrades and rework.
\n
• Completes production/quality related documentation
\n
• Cable and Panel wiring
\n
• Performs work in accordance with quality and engineering standards
\n
• Responsible for inspecting and testing their own work before moving to next routing step
\n
• Keep work area clean and organized as to present a professional work environment
\n
• Other duties as assigned
\n

Job Qualifications: \n
\n

\n
• 5 + years' experience in manufacturing/production environment
\n
• Overtime required when needed
\n
• Electro-Mechanical experience with:
  \n - Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)
  \n - Measuring tools (Multi-meters, Continuity testers, tape measure, calipers, etc.)
  \n - Hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, small power tools)
\n
• Associated degree in electronic field (preferred)
\n
• Certifications (preferred)\n
  \n
  • IPC-610
  \n
  • IPC-620
  \n
  • J-Standard 001
  \n
  • Quality controlled environment
  \n
\n

\n

\n
• 2-4 Years of relevant experience in the following areas:\n
  \n
  • Mechanical assembly concepts to include gear and motor drive assembly
  \n
  • Assembly and repair of various termination types (Crimp and Solder)
  \n
  • Electro-Mechanical assembly
  \n
  • Schematic reading and comprehension (Mechanical and Electrical)
  \n
  • Testing equipment (multi-meters, power supplies, load banks, signal generators, oscilloscope etc.)
  \n
  • Using hand tools (Wrenches, Screwdrivers, Torque tools, small power tools)
  \n
  • Working in an ISO controlled environment
  \n
  • Lean Manufacturing
  \n
  • Oral and written communication
  \n

Salary Range: \n
\n$42,500.00-$56,600.000\n
\n
