Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with CSE program. Ability to foster and work in a cooperative team environment. Must be proficient in use of Word and Excel, and must be able to quickly learn other computer programs as needed. Able to represent the agency effectively and professionally. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally with diverse groups. Experience in problem solving, managing change, and conflict resolution. Ability to manage diverse tasks.
