JoB reSPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks to ensure the client will feel comfortable and cared for. Your empathetic approach will promote mobility, as you encourage adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking. You'll assist clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensure they receive proper repositioning as per their care plans, addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety. Additionally, you'll prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs, remind clients about their medications, and provide continence care. Housekeeping responsibilities will ensure a clean and safe environment, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping for those who can drive. 

Are you a good fit 

• First and foremost, being bilingual in both English and Arabic is crucial, as you'll connect with clients from diverse background
• HHA or CNA Certification required. If not, certified caregiver must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification

To excel as a Home Health Aide with Guardian Angel Senior Services, certain skills and certifications are essential. A valid HHA or CNA certification is mandatory, ensuring you possess the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver top-quality care. Candidates without certification are encouraged to apply! If hired without certification, you'll have the opportunity to complete our free HHA training & certification programs provided by the company, ensuring you meet the necessary standards to excel in your role.
