Our organization is looking for a skilled Group Facilitator to plan, lead, and manage interactive group sessions. You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and positive environment where participants feel encouraged to share, learn, and collaborate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Sessions: Plan and guide engaging group discussions, activities, or workshops according to program objectives.
• Manage Group Dynamics: Encourage equal participation, handle differing opinions constructively, and keep conversations on track.
• Foster a Safe Environment: Build trust and maintain a respectful, supportive atmosphere for all attendees.
• Assess Progress: Monitor participant engagement and provide constructive feedback or follow-up resources.
• Maintain Records: Document attendance, session notes, and basic progress reports accurately.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field (depending on clinical vs. general focus).
• Experience: Proven experience leading group discussions, training, or support sessions.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional active listening, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Emotional Intelligence: High empathy and the ability to remain neutral and adaptable during complex group conflicts.
