Position: Organizational Employment Services Production Supervisor
Classification: Hourly, Full Time
Rate: $ 21 hourly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must retain CPR and First Aid Certification within the first (90) ninety days of hire
- Valid New Jersey driver's license with no more than five (5) points; driving abstracts will be reviewed upon hire and every six (6) months thereafter
- Must successfully pass background checks through IdentoGo and the Central Registry, as well as pre-employment and random drug testing
- Pass monthly criminal background screening
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds, showing genuine respect for others
- Assist consumers in obtaining maximum production levels
- Facilitate vocational rehabilitation training
- Complete production sheets
- Provide input for Individual Habilitation Plans for assigned consumers and assist consumers in achieving goals outlined in their plan
- Transport assigned consumers to and from the Outsource Center and needed
- Complete all Relias Trainings within 30 days of assignment
- Fully cooperate with the Department of Human Services during an investigation when applicable
