This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing leadership position and enjoys driving projects forward while mentoring teams and maintaining high-quality standards.What you’ll be doing:Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams across engineering projectsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationshipsDevelop, manage, and forecast project budgets and schedulesCoordinate internal teams, subconsultants, and external stakeholdersOversee technical deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to QA proceduresLead meetings, presentations, and proposal development effortsReview and approve invoices, design changes, and project documentationSupport continuous improvement initiatives and team developmentWhat you bring:BS in Civil EngineeringPE license required8+ years of relevant engineering experienceStrong background in highway and/or structural designProven ability to lead teams and manage complex projectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsExperience with budgeting, scheduling, and proposal developmentThis is a great opportunity to take ownership of impactful projects while working in a flexible hybrid environment with a team that values collaboration and professional growth.Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
