Temporary Customer Service Specialist

Serving as a primary operational contact for retail customers and internal partners, the full-time Temporary Customer Service Specialist will manage the customer order lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and support inventory management in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Process and manage the full customer order lifecycle utilizing EDI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics to support customer needs and maintain service levels Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and KPIs related to customer service and order fulfillment performance Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer operations, customer service, or order management within a CPG or related consumer products environment Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP and processing customer orders through EDI Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookups and PivotTables Experience supporting retail customers, distributors, or national accounts
