Home Health Aide Needed

I need a hands-on care provider for my husband in his 70s, who has Alzheimer's and associated agitation. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker. Willing to deal with incontinence, both urinary and fecal. Must watch every minute while awake and know how to redirect him.
