AMR Customer Engagement Lead – Culver City, CA. Job Overview The AMR Customer Engagement Lead will manage, lead, and grow the team responsible for creating meaningful programs for Apple Retail customers that align with our values and business priorities. They will oversee the executive and people teams that develop and deliver a pan‑geo customer experience roadmap across key in‑store and digital formats, bringing new audiences to Apple through partnerships with external community organizations, cultural institutions, and entertainment professionals. The role reports to the Customer and Commercial Engagement leader in AMR. Responsibilities Develop and lead the programming strategy and implementation plans across the geographic area. Plan and prioritize geo‑wide initiatives, identifying business priorities and programming pillars that support overall customer engagement and integrated marketing goals. Partner with Store Operations and Apple Retail field leadership to align on plans and secure support for cross‑market initiatives. Communicate with all relevant cross‑functional partners and maintain relationships with external partners to bring new audiences to Apple. Maintain an intimate understanding of the Apple brand, services model, and the role of products, Retail programs, and campaigns in creating owners and driving brand affinity. Generate geo‑wide reporting on programming and marketing performance, including executive reporting to drive internal awareness of our work. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience developing programming and events. 5+ years of experience leading and developing a high‑skill team of individual contributors. Experience identifying market‑wide trends across culture, education, or technology sectors. Strategic development of content experiences and programs that build and engage audiences, deliver against business and marketing objectives, and demonstrate value. Preferred Qualifications Ability to synthesize problem statements, opportunities, and strategic approaches into clear, convincing, compelling briefs for leadership and partners. Deep understanding of digital content platforms, including e‑commerce and social commerce. Experience managing multiple cross‑functional teams, including Programming, Production, Creative, Product Marketing, Public Relations, Retail Operations, Internal Communications, Training, Merchandising, Finance, Online Store, Store Strategies, Publishing, Procurement, and Marcom. Experience working with extraordinary brands, innovation, large cross‑functional teams, and event logistics for all sizes. Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt and execute multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously. Ability to measure, analyze and report programming and marketing performance to multiple audiences, including executive level. Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to large audiences. Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication, and networking skills. Pay & Benefits The base pay range for this role is $146,500 to $274,100, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
