Maintenance Machinist

Required Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain machine shop equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Ability to read blueprints and fabricate components to exact specifications.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Experience with CNC G&M code programming.
Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in designing and fabricating modification fixtures.
Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
Prior experience with preventive maintenance strategies.

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or technical school certification.
At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance machinist role within a manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, adhering to safety protocols.
Willingness to perform inspections, refurbishments, and training as needed.

Salary: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
