Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time Senior Manager of Incident Management will architect business continuity for critical financial and supply chain systems while ensuring the resilience and observability of the global SaaS ecosystem. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SREs, fostering a culture of accountability and safety Transition incident management from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with digital transformation initiatives Oversee the Major Incident Response process and conduct Root Cause Analysis to drive continuous improvement Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Salesforce Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus Solid knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
