divh2Telemetry 4S Night Shift Position/h2pUnder the direct supervision of a nurse, contributes to the delivery of patient-centered care through performance of selected day-to-day patient care activities, maintenance of an environment conducive to patient well-being, and demonstration of unit/area-designated competencies. Interacts with patients considering their developmental, age-specific, and cultural spiritual preferences./ppResponsibilities include performing specific patient care interventions as delegated by the RN, delivering compassionate support to patients and families, providing physical support for patients with daily activities and personal hygiene, ensuring compliance with health care regulations, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and performing other related job duties as requested./ppQualifications required include a high school diploma or GED, formal education or training in a medical careers program or enrollment in nursing school or two or more years experience in a patient care associate/nurse assistant role, and a BLS card from AHA required before start date (valid at least 60 days beyond start date). Preferred qualifications include CNA certification, basic EMT certification, and LPN license./p/div
