Respiratory Therapist - RRT or CRT $15,000 Sign on BonusWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic respiratory care team. The RRT will be responsible for assessing, treating, and managing patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. This role involves working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.Responsibilities:Perform assessments of patients' respiratory needs, develop care plans, and make recommendations to the healthcare team.Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and mechanical ventilation.Monitor patient responses to treatments, make adjustments as necessary, and report any adverse reactions or changes in condition.Educate patients and families on respiratory care, treatment options, and disease management.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Participate in emergency response and code blue teams as needed.Qualifications:Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license/certification in NYGraduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.ACLS and BLS certification preferred.New grads encouraged to apply
