If you are a journeyman painter, Paintegrity Inc., a painting contractor based out of Forest Grove Oregon has a question for you.

What would it take for you to work with our company?

Our company specializes in high end projects, and the demand keeps increasing. We know the demand for painters with your skill set are highly competitive and would love to hear your opinion.

If you can answer yes to all of the following, we would love to have a conversation with you.

• Experience with high quality interior and exterior repaints and high-end new constructions. (This includes producing fine finish cabinet and woodwork spraying)

• Courteous to others, honest and hard working.

• Great communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to follow specific job instructions, get jobs done correctly and on time.

• Comfortable on ladders up to 40 feet and experience with harness for roof work.

• Pressure washing all surfaces without damaging things or leaving stripes on concrete, etc.

• Scraping loose paint, sanding and priming.

• Thick flawless caulking on exterior surfaces and interior woodwork.

• Skilled with airless sprayers, spray wand extensions and fine finish spraying.

• Able to spray large exterior walls with spray wand and satin paint with no dry spray or lap marks visible.

• Be able to paint straight and solid paint lines free hand, with tape and spray, and with tape caulking and brush for perfect lines.
