Market Intelligence Analyst

To support investment and operating decisions across the self-storage portfolio, the full-time remote Market & Competitive Intelligence Analyst will collect, analyze, and visualize market data, transforming it into actionable insights and dashboards for strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities: Design and refine the internal quarterly market report, ensuring timely completion and distribution Maintain a standardized market and asset scoring model, conducting quarterly reviews to reflect current conditions Produce recurring portfolio-level dashboards that track key performance indicators and highlight trends requiring action Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Statistics, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in market research or investment analysis Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for building reports and dashboards Experience with GIS, demographic, or market intelligence platforms preferred Ability to work full-time with significant overlap with U.S. business hours
