This is a high-energy sales role where your focus will be on generating new business sales with no servicing responsibilitiesallowing you to concentrate solely on building relationships, closing deals, and growing your book of business. Unlike many agencies, we offer a unique compensation structure that includes base pay plus generous commissions, giving you the opportunity to create the income you want.

Responsibilities- Provide consultative sales by assessing clients insurance needs and recommending suitable policies.
- Generate and follow up with leads to close sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to maximize client protection.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in our CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Actively participate in training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Minimum of 2 years in an insurance sales role, preferably in an independent agency.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a drive for success.
- Strong integrity and a client-focused approach.
- Receptive to coaching and committed to professional development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven sales experience in insurance or a similar field (Preferred).
