Must reside 50 miles or more from facility to qualify for travel pay

Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist license in applicable state
Minimum experience required (based on facility needs)
Current BLS certification (if required by facility)
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements

Responsibilities

Provide patient care in accordance with facility standards
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
