Accounting System B2B SaaS Instructional Designer & Trainer Customer Success & Education Full-time US Remote 80K - 95K USD a year We’re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer & Trainer to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will create engaging learning experiences that drive product adoption, reduce time-to-value, and empower our enterprise customers to maximize their investment in our software. Key Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for B2B SaaS products including onboarding programs, certification paths, and ongoing education initiatives Create multi-format learning materials (eLearning modules, video tutorials, knowledge base articles, quick reference guides, and interactive simulations) Conduct live virtual and recorded training sessions for customer administrators, end-users, and internal teams Analyze training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously iterating on content and delivery methods Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align training content with product updates and customer needs Build and maintain a scalable learning management system (LMS) infrastructure Develop role-based training paths for different user personas within customer organizations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or related field; Master’s preferred 3+ years of instructional design experience, with 2+ years specifically in B2B SaaS or enterprise software training Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) Experience creating training for technical audiences including system administrators and power users Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person environments Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously Experience with video production and editing tools preferred Preferred Qualifications CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or similar certification Experience with customer education in complex B2B software environments Knowledge of SaaS business models and customer success metrics Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic content customization Job Details Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with company contribution to health, vision, and dental Fully remote work environment Flexible work schedule to accommodate different time zones Generous PTO and company holidays Annual professional development budget and stipend for certifications and conferences Life insurance Learning and development resources subscription 401(k) and 401(k) matching Remote restrictions: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
