American Residential
American Residential Services (ARS) seeks a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Spring Hill, TN. This is a frontline role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for ARS home comfort solutions. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commission on top of hourly pay, paid training, and a clear career path into HVAC sales roles.
