Nurse Supervisor

Nurse Supervisor Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Working Hours: 6:00 P.M. – 6:00 A.M As a Nurse Supervisor you will lead and coordinate nursing care to provide exceptional, compassionate, and patient‑centered rehabilitation services. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Act as the liaison among administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on assigned units. Monitor and manage staff, including on‑the‑spot feedback, annual evaluations, performance counseling, and discipline. Provide patient care as needed and build relationships to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery. Celebrate patient victories and milestones. Qualifications Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within 12 months of starting the position. CRRN certification to be obtained within 12 months of meeting eligibility requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience (within the last five years). Previous leadership role (e.g., charge nurse or lead capacity) with responsibility for reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and accountability for patient and staff outcomes.
