SPA Attendant

Location 3801 Creek Road,Dripping Springs, TX, 78620,United States Base Pay $17.50 - $19.50 / Hour Manage Others No Primary Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and restrooms, are clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Regularly monitor and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations. Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, guiding them through the check-in process and answering any questions they may have about the spa services and facilities. Provide towels, refreshments, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience. Assist massage therapists and estheticians with room setup and preparation for treatments, ensuring all necessary tools and products are readily available. Help maintain a calming atmosphere by ensuring the spa is quiet and peaceful, adjusting lighting, music, and temperature as needed. Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels of spa supplies and report any shortages to the Spa Coordinator or Director. Help manage storage areas and ensure supplies are organized and accessible. Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Participate in training sessions related to safety protocols and emergency procedures. Work closely with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience. Attend team meetings to discuss operations, guest feedback, and ways to improve service quality. Stay informed about the spa's services, treatments, and any promotions to provide accurate information to guests. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a hospitality or spa setting is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry. Skills: Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work well in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
