Responsibilities Operate a dish washing machine to clean dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware, and other food service equipment. Maintain sanitation of food prep and service areas: empty garbage, sweep and mop kitchen floors; ensure overall cleanliness of the kitchen. Assist with prep as needed.
