The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about accurate, consistent documentation.Responsibilities• Prepare clear, well-annotated utility drawings, details, and schedules per standards.• Coordinate with engineers to translate markups and design intent into production drawings.• Maintain drawing sets, files, and references; perform routine audits for quality and consistency.• Support content creation (blocks, styles, details) and sheet set organization.• Assist project managers with documentation workflows and deliverable coordination.• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Degree or certificate in Drafting, Cad, Civil/Architecture, or related discipline.• Proficiency with AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit/GIS is a plus.• Strong prioritization skills in multi-project environments.American Structurepoint is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
