Position Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: Facility Reporting Structure: Reports to Director of Rehab Responsibilities Implement occupational therapy programs and activities for patients. Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care as needed. Ensure patients and families receive the highest quality service in a caring, compassionate atmosphere. Adapt to individual patient needs and provide a patient‑centered approach to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program (AOTA & ACOTE standards). Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
