Senior BA | Lead Banking & Agile Delivery

Lead Business Analyst – DC Location Responsibilities Work with the Product Owner, Business, and other integrating applications to define and articulate requirements in Documents, Epics, Features, and Stories. Help the Product Owner refine requirements and prioritize the backlog of user stories. Prepare presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Assist in the Pre‑PI Planning Process and during PI Planning. Perform testing and analyze logs and relevant metrics to gain insights into relevance and user behavior. Support Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to brainstorm solutions. Participate in SCRUM meetings and play the role of Scrum Master when required. Coordinate activities with onsite and offshore teams. Resolve issues in a timely manner and perform root‑cause analysis for each issue. Manage your own work queue, time, and expectations proactively; meet deadlines and communicate needs and trade‑offs if schedule jeopardy occurs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with relevant experience. 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis with knowledge of the Banking Domain and ability to write precise user stories. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to articulate to all project members and stakeholders. Team player who works well with technical and non‑technical resources and acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Organized and adept at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications. Good analytical, critical thinking, data analysis, research, and communication skills. Solid problem‑solving abilities. Ability to articulate issues and recommend solutions.
