Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients across assigned care settings
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Float to various units or departments as needed to meet facility staffing demands
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet a 36-hour weekly minimum requirement
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple units or locations as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy role
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with varying patient populations
