About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their dynamic and rapidly growing team. The CFO will be responsible for the financial oversight and performance management, including leading all financial activities, strategic decision-making participation, process improvement, and project management. This pivotal role requires the CFO to ensure the financial stability of the company, support its rapid growth and international expansion, and actively participate in key business decisions. The successful candidate will also be tasked with managing a finance team, leading the implementation of financial systems, and enhancing financial risk management processes. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years' of experience in finance, performance management, or management control, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or B2B services sector. Technical skills must include a strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a focus on pricing, costing, and financial efficiency. Leadership and management skills are essential, as the CFO will be leading a team and working in a multicultural, remote environment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, and the ability to influence and contribute to the company's business strategy. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with Dutch and French language skills being a plus.
