Field Access Manager, Denver Colorado

Insmed seeks a Field Access Manager in Denver to support patient access to prescribed treatments for serious and rare diseases. The role involves collaborating across teams to resolve reimbursement barriers, educate healthcare providers on prior authorization processes, and serve as a reimbursement expert for an assigned geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient-specific access barriers to Insmed products and support reimbursement issue resolution
• Educate healthcare provider office staff on prior authorization, appeals, and submission procedures
• Maintain repository of plan-specific reimbursement criteria, forms, and submission procedures
• Monitor patient start trends and collaborate with Market Access team on emerging access challenges
• Provide factual reimbursement information to healthcare providers and serve as geographic reimbursement expert

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years hands-on reimbursement and patient access experience
• Knowledge of payer reimbursement processes, preferably Medicare Part D pharmacy benefits
• Experience with specialty pharmacy networks and healthcare office operations
• HIPAA and state patient privacy law understanding
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills
• Patient-centric mindset with emotional intelligence and cross-functional collaboration ability

Compensation: $155,000-$201,500 annual
