Quail Run Behavioral Health
Quail Run Hospital seeks an Intake Counselor to perform telephonic and in-person risk assessment and crisis intervention, and to manage the intake process from referral to admission. You will coordinate referrals, determine level of care, and maintain communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff. You will also support physicians with face-to-face clinical assessments, including patient history, family dynamics and psychosocial information to guide admissions and #J-18808-Ljbffr Quail Run Behavioral Health
