Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an established home health agency in Santa Maria, CA. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license required or ability to obtain a California license. Leadership is willing to wait for candidates needing a California license.
• Home health experience preferred. New graduates and clinicians will be considered.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Ability to manage a travel commitment within the Santa Maria area.

Position Details:

• Home Health Physical Therapy need in Santa Maria
• Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
