Job Title/Type: CHILD WELFARE CASE WORKER I & II is a W2 (Employee) position

Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) is $45,760.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $45,760.00, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked worked which doesn't include overtime.

Rate of Pay: After active 90 days (post-probationary period) is $49,920.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $49,920.00 , in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked which doesn't include overtime.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field.

Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) is $39,520.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $39,520.00, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked which doesn't include overtime.

Rate of Pay: After active 90 days (post-probationary period) is $43,680.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $43,680.00, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked which doesn't include overtime.

The ideal candidate will work in the following counties:

Marion County clients will be seen in the community, an agency facility or in the client's home. Worker will use their personal vehicle to transport clients, if company vehicles(s) aren't available.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field.

General Requirements:

• Must pass all background checks which includes: National FBI Check; National Sex Offender; Child Protective Services Check; Local Background Checks
• Must pass all drug screens
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to use private car to transport self and others.
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to have a flexible schedule
• The Employee is responsible for obtaining Automobile insurance coverage($100,000/$300,000).
