Baker Assistant

Overview Pinho’s Bakery is seeking a reliable and hardworking Baker’s Assistant to join our team. This position supports our bakers in preparing products, and assisting with daily production needs. Bread or Pastry skills/experience desired. Shift Night shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (flexible) Tuesday through Sunday (flexibility preferred) Responsibilities Assist bakers with preparation and production Measure and prepare ingredients Operate basic bakery equipment (training provided) Clean and maintain workstations Follow food safety and sanitation standards Qualifications Dependable and punctual Ability to work overnight hours Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Bakery or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
