Owning a portfolio of healthcare provider clients, the full-time Strategic Customer Success Manager will drive seamless onboarding and implementation of ROI services while building strong client relationships in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and strong early adoption Act as the primary point of contact, fostering trusted relationships with client stakeholders to drive engagement and retention Required qualifications Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in strategic customer-facing roles Strong understanding of customer goals and strategies for effective consultative solutioning Proven ability to manage and influence through persuasion and negotiation Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach and comfort in decision-making under uncertainty Robust project management and client management skills, with a focus on recurring revenue business models
