Salon Manager – High Traffic, High Growth (Cosmetology License Required)

Managing the vibe: You keep the salon clean, professional, and positive. Yes, that means you ensure the towels are folded, the stations are sanitized, and the team is working together.
Solving problems: From guest complaints to scheduling conflicts, you handle it all with professionalism and ease.
The license: You must have a current cosmetology or barber license (and a manager's license if your state requires it).
The hustle: You are comfortable working at least 38 hours a week, including the busy times (evenings and weekends).
The mindset: You aren't just looking for a title; you're looking to lead. You're tech-savvy, good with basic math, and can handle administrative tasks without breaking a sweat.
Reliability: You're the heartbeat of the salon. You need to be there for your team and your guests.
You'll be active and on your feet most of the day.
You'll be working with salon chemicals and fragrances.
You'll be reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting supply boxes (approx. 20-25 lbs).
You'll need sharp vision for detail and color to maintain quality standards.
