Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager

Silverstar Car Wash seeks a Recruiting, Development, and Retention Manager to build strong, service-focused teams across our locations. In this fast-paced, customer-centered environment, you will lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and training programs that reinforce our standards for friendliness, cleanliness, safety, and reliability. Partnering closely with operations leaders, you’ll forecast staffing needs, track key HR metrics, and design development and recognition initiatives that promote internal growth and reduce turnover.
