Bindery Operator

Dynagraphics , a leading commercial print shop in Reno, NV, is looking for a Bindery Operator to join our production team. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced with bindery equipment, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do Operate and maintain bindery equipment (folders, cutters, stitchers, kluge, diecut etc.) Set up machines per job specs and monitor quality throughout production Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Collaborate with press and production teams to meet tight deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in a bindery or print production environment Familiarity with commercial bindery equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods Team player with good communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) 401(k) Paid Time Off and Holidays Opportunities for growth in a dynamic print environment Send your resume and a brief cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io.
