Position Overview
As an LPN Charge Nurse , you will oversee daily nursing care, supervise staff, and ensure care plans are followed with professionalism and compassion. Our Charge Nurses work a rotation schedule , and weekend availability is required .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise nursing care for residents
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams
Perform general nursing and medication administration duties
✅ Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current LPN license in the state of employment
Experience or strong knowledge in geriatric care, long-term care, or rehabilitation
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
