ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1981 and currently lead a team of eight. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a music director, and I've always enjoyed helping others grow and succeed. Outside of the office, you'll find me bass fishing, cooking, enjoying music and sports, and serving as a captain for the Youth High School Association. I'm naturally competitive and driven by achieving results.

Our agency has built a strong reputation by focusing on exceptional customer service, teamwork, and helping both our customers and team members succeed. We believe that passion and commitment make all the difference.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Grant Gravois - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
  • Answer customer inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
