The Assistant BHPH Manager plays a key role in overseeing the Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) operations by managing payment processing, customer relations, and collections, while supporting sales and maintaining accurate financial and inventory records. Reporting directly to the President, this role requires careful attention to compliance and effective account management, with minimal travel typically limited to local sites. The role primarily leverages manual processes combined with dealership management systems and spreadsheets to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency. In our office you work hands on with the president of the company also being a personal assist. Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and timely
• Maintain positive customer relations and address inquiries
• Manage collections to reduce delinquencies and recover payments
• Oversee inventory records to ensure alignment with sales
• Generate and review financial reports for management
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws and company policies
• Support sales activities and assist with account management
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of collections management
• Experience with payment processing
