The advisor also utilizes various software tools to streamline parts inventory and repair shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition
• Order parts using inventory software to ensure timely service completion
• Prepare invoices and process warranty claims as required
