System One is in search of a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager for a manufacturing company to join their team in Redmond, OR. This position leads the enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance, quality, and efficiency across multiple sites. Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, quality, and efficiency across multiple sites.
Partner with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plans.
Facilitate improvement activities such as workshops, process reviews, and improvement events focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Coach leaders and frontline teams in continuous improvement principles, standard work, and problem-solving methodologies.
Drive a culture of accountability, workplace observation, and corrective actions to support process stability.
Identify and deliver cost reduction and productivity improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to track progress and communicate results to leadership.
Support change management efforts and promote employee engagement across sites.
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate the performance of direct reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related discipline.
8+ years of manufacturing or operations experience, including 5+ years supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence principles.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Familiarity with operational performance metrics, business planning, and cost drivers.
Effective project management and communication skills.
Ability to support change management and foster a collaborative environment.
