Role: Clinical Dietitian (PRN Days) responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy as part of the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Perform nutrition assessments, develop diagnosis, and create individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs and best practices. Implement and monitor nutrition interventions, evaluate outcomes, and adjust plans accordingly. Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and healthcare team members on topics like diets, supplements, and eating behaviors. Manage nutrition care services, including enteral nutrition support and transitional feeding plans. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, quality improvement, and research activities. Mentor dietetic interns and maintain professional development and competencies. Ensure documentation complies with policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in nutrition/dietetics from an accredited institution. Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN) and licensed Dietitian (LD) within six months of hire. One to two years of clinical experience preferred; familiarity with electronic medical records required.
