Production Associate

Midland Garage Door has been in business for over 45 years, and we are proud to have a team of dedicated staff, excellent customer service and quality products. We are looking for Production Associates to join our team. The primary function of this position is to produce high quality garage door panels per customer order. No prior garage door industry experience required - we provide full on-the-job training. Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we're most interested in candidates with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a production environment.

Essential Duties:

• Operate hand/power tools.
• Learn and apply product specifications across a variety of manufactured product types.
• Safely start-up, operate and shut-down production machinery and equipment.
• Safely lift, carry and handle raw materials and finished product, up to 75 lbs.
• Transport and stage finished products to designated locations.

• Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols.
• Have prompt and reliable attendance.
