Health Saviours is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Salmon, Idaho.

Job Description & Requirements

Surgical RN (with scrub abilities): 

o Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care according to patient outcomes.

o Basic computer skills – must be able to navigate Microsoft windows based programs

o Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with Associates, Diploma or BSN Degree required.

o Active Idaho or compact state RN license required upon hire.

o Multiple years surgical experience (Preferred)

o Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.

o Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.

• Active RN License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• CNOR (if obtained)
• PALS (if applicable)
• NIHSS (if required by the facility, though less common for OR roles)
