You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction through the lease term. Responsibilities include guiding prospects from tour to lease signing, coordinating applications and background checks, executing marketing plans, and managing data in OneSite/Yardi.
