Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an hourly position. Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Wound/Enterostomy implements and evaluates the activities for total patient care, following outlined protocols, in the delivery of acute and chronic wound care, enterostomy care, and hyperbaric treatments. Demonstrates competency and is responsible for treating various types of patients, including critically ill and chronically ill patients ranging in age from pediatric to geriatric. Performs educational activities such as infection control, aseptic dressing technique, and preventive care. Educates patients, significant others, and/or caretakers, including a return demonstration within the Medical Center and community. Area of focus may be inpatient or outpatient. Qualifications Required Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing Experience: 2 years of nursing experience Licensure/Certification: IL Reg Nurse License or MI Reg Nurse License Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
