Education Level4 Year Degree## Description**Position Summary:** The Registered Nurse at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. The role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. The nurse will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes and enhance the overall experience of care. **Position Responsibilities:*** Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.* Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.* Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with current nursing practices.* Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a compassionate and supportive care environment.* Manage patient discharge planning and provide follow-up care instructions.* Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.## Qualifications**Required Education:*** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.* Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.**Required Experience:*** Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.* Experience in patient assessment and care planning.* Previous experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is preferred.**Required Skills and Abilities:*** Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.* Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare-related software.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
