The Amalfi Llama brings together an idyllic live fire Latin American steakhouse with modern Italian cuisine, working as an anchor of an experiential and daring delicious dining scene. We transport our guests from Southern Patagonia to the Mediterranean while they dine from the coastal cream decor, to the warmth and comfort of live embers crackling amongst the sound of vintage Italian vinyl, from that first sip of Campari, to that mouthwatering taste of flame kissed Argentinian steak, finishing with the final unforgettable last bite of tiramisu. This is the place our guests to unwind, dine, be looked after, socialize, and above all else - come together.

Purpose of the Position

Expedite all menu items throughout the shift to the guest within Eureka!'s time standards and providing the best quality product for each guest. This is a non-exempt position that reports directly to the General Manager and indirectly to others in management.

Physical Demands & Work Environment Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing, and repetitive hand and wrist motion; working with and around hot, cold, and hazardous equipment in a fast paced and congested environment that will occasionally be loud, hot, cold and/or physically demanding. Position requires occasional travel that may consist of driving and/or airplane flights for a period of one or more days therein requiring one or more overnight stays; notice of travel may be given with very short notice. Position requires occasional training that may take place on or off-site, by phone and/or online.
