Summary The Outlet Store Leader provides strategic and operational leadership for an outlet store, driving execution, team development, and exceptional customer experiences. This role establishes strategy, fosters a high-energy, performance-driven culture, and ensures operational excellence across visual presentation, inventory, and profit protection.
